Yotam and the sea
Yotam and the Sea
In a quaint little town, 'neath the sun's gentle beam,
Lived Yotam, a lad with a heart like a stream.
His mother, so kind, with love like a dove,
Told him tales of nature, of earth, and of love.
"See the trees, tall and grand," she would say with a smile,
"Their branches reaching out, going that extra mile."
Yotam would listen, his eyes all aglow,
As he learned of the wonders the world did bestow.
In fields and in forests, he wandered with glee,
Each creature he met, a new friend to be.
For Yotam was serene, his heart pure and true,
And all of the animals loved him too.
But as the years passed, and he grew into a teen,
Yotam found solace in the sea's calming sheen.
He'd spend hours by the shore, waves lapping at his feet,
In the ocean's embrace, he found peace so sweet.
He swam with the turtles, glided with the fish,
In the depths of the sea, his greatest wish.
For there, 'mongst the corals, so vibrant and bright,
Yotam felt at home, in the ocean's pure light.
So as soon as he could, he went to live by the shore,
To study and save, to learn and explore.
With a heart full of passion, and eyes full of gleam,
Yotam dedicated his life to the sea's endless dream.
And then came a day, when a daughter he had,
Whose laughter and joy made his heart feel so glad.
He read her tales of dolphins, of whales and of more,
Of seahorses and octopuses, of treasures to adore.
Together they'd stroll, by the waves crashing near,
With each ebb and flow, their bond grew so dear.
For even as a babe, she felt the sea's call,
As it whispered its secrets, she felt them all.
In a world full of worries, darkness, and dread,
Yotam and his daughter found solace instead.
For in the sea's mysteries, they found light so bright,
a beacon of hope amidst the world's blight.
He'd tell her each day, with a wide smile,
"I love you, my dear. Let your dreams be your guide."
He wanted her to know, in her heart so true,
That she could achieve anything, just like he knew.
With each passing day, their love only grew,
As they explored the sea's depths, so vast and so blue.
For in its embrace, they found their escape.
From the troubles of life, from the world's harsh landscape.
So, here's to Yotam, and his love so pure,
To his daughter, whose spirit would always endure.
May they always find peace, in the sea's gentle roar,
And may their love shine brightly, forevermore.
